For two years, we worked to transform H&Ms social media presence. During that time, I worked in the creative social media team for all global fashion channels on Meta, Google and TikTok.
ON PAID we redesiged, channel adapted all content and created a consistent look and feel, automated, measured tested and adaped reach for the ads, resulting in an increased CTR for CA ads by 150% to a 46% lower CPA.
ON ORGANIC, we went from posting UGC and campaign content, to channel adapting all content. Our changes resulted in average reach increasing by +54% per post and +42% per story. The changes also resulted in revenue increasing by 19% yearly through organic social.
During our time at H&M, we also helped launch the brand on TikTok, and created a Take Care Series in line with their sustainability goals.
